The king of the cellar is the brilliant 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, a deep and seamless wine evocative of sweet peach, white flowers, honeycomb, buttery pastry and wet stones. Full-bodied, layered and satiny, it's bright and racy, with excellent depth at the core and a long, saline finish.

The 2021 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a delightful bouquet that opens with white peach and Golden Delicious, wonderful definition. The palate is well defined with a fine bead of acidity, nicely integrated oak, gaining intensity with a very harmonious and charming finish. This is a nicely crafted Les Clos.
