Score 90/100 · Drink 2019-2026, Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate, Feb 2019

The 1998 Pinot Noir is still predominantly based on Swiss clones and only a few Burgundian Pinot clones. The bouquet is ripe and leafy, with lots of tea notes and dried cherry and black berry fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, concentrated, spicy and transparent, with a more wide-mashed structure. It is also stimulating and fresh.
