Score 93/100 · Drink 2020-2030, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, Feb 2021

Burge's 2018 The Holy Trinity—named for the blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre common in Châteauneuf du Pape—boasts scents of plums and black cherries, along with subtle bits of vanilla and oak spice. Aged in a combination of foudres and previously used puncheons, it's full-bodied, creamy textured and generous on the palate, finishing plush and long. While U.S. pricing isn't yet available, it sells for AU$48 and £25, making it a solid value.
