Score 90-92/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Sep 2023
To produce the 2022 Chablis Bas de Chapelot Vignes Hautes, Eleni and Edouard Vocoret modified the trellising in a part of their Bas de Chapelot holdings, permitting the canopies to grow higher without any trimming. The resulting wine is more chiseled and reductive than the regular bottling, exhibiting notes of white currants, crisp green apple, iodine and bread dough, followed by a medium to full-bodied, suave and fine-boned palate, concluding with a long finish.
