Tasting notes
Succulent passion fruit, lime zest and pine nuts on the nose. The dense nectarine fruit and bright acid structure are tightly interwoven. With its impression of density without weight and its complex finish, this is potentially the estate's best dry Riesling of the vintage.

The Frauenberg Riesling GG is dressed in an intense citrus color which correspondents with the citrus flavors on the clear and fragrant, mineral-highlighted nose which is – at least soon after bottling – characterized by its remarkable purity and fresh expression. On the palate this is a rather lean, fresh and piquant Riesling with a salty intensity and a very good finish. It will probably become even more complex after a few weeks and surely after some years of bottle age.
