The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Mas La Plana from Penedès was aged 18 months in barrel (67% new) and 5% in foudres . Cedar, vanilla, black fruit, cassis and spice define the bouquet. On the palate, it is delicately structured with fine-grained tannins, a taut juicy flow and length. A solar Cabernet crafted in a wetter year, it leans toward a more fluid style with lighter grip.
