Score 91/100 · Drink 2023-2040, Neal Martin, Jan 2022

The 2017 Pommard Jarollières 1er Cru has a pastille-like bouquet that gently unfurls to reveal crushed strawberry, morello cherries and rose petals. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fine delineation and a keen line of acidity. There is an appealing symmetry to this Pommard, and it fans out with confidence on the finish. Fine. Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2017 tasting.
