Tasting notes
This long-standing barrique -raised blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris offers a lovely alliance of silken, subtly creamy texture with ample apple and peach juiciness. Hints of almond, hazelnut and chalk serve as counterpoint in a prolonged though understated finish. The wood here has happily been entirely digested.

The 2014 Cuvée Victor is an assemblage of the best barrels of Pinot Blanc and Gris. The wine shows a deep, clear and intense, very elegant and fruity bouquet, whereas on the palate you feel more of the nature and salinity of Pinot Blanc. This is very elegant and straight Pinot with expression, tension and finesse. The finish is long and complex, but still fruity and stimulating. The 2014 has more of Pinot Blanc not just defacto but also in taste. This wine is in excellent condition right now. It combines fruit and freshness with substance and minerals.
