The 2019 Chablis Vieilles Vignes has a fragrant, floral bouquet with yellow plum and orange zest aromas, lacking a bit of mineralité but certainly pure. The palate is vibrant on the entry and quite tensile, offering lemon zest and veins of blood orange. The pretty, winsome citric finish leaves slithers of white peach and guava on the aftertaste. Quite delicious.
