Bright cherry red. Broad aromas and quite a bit of development. Lots of personality and zest. Intense. (JR)

Good deep red. Sexy aromas of black raspberry, blueberry, spices, coffee and animal fur. Sweet, juicy and concentrated, with good medicinal reserve to the purple fruit, spice and stony flavors. A ripe, broad wine that spreads out nicely on the back end, which features dusty, fine tannins.
