The 2020 Château Mayne Lalande is charming and medium-bodied, with good amounts of red and blue fruits as well as cedar and floral nuances, light tannins, and a good finish.

The 2020 Mayne Lalande is jam-packed with dark fruit, chocolate, leather, spice, menthol and licorice. This opulent Listrac is surely not subtle, but it offers tons of immediacy in a decidedly racy, flamboyant style.

The 2020 Mayne Lalande offers black currant and blueberry scents on the nose, which is nicely defined and a little tight, but that will open after bottling. The palate is medium-bodied with gritty, slightly aggressive tannins and good acidity, but the finish is short and austere.

Medium-bodied, firm, bright, fresh, juicy and chewy with a core of red currants on the nose and palate for early drinking pleasure.
