Score 86/100 · Drink 1990-2005, Robert Parker, Jan 1990

The Musigny-Vieilles Vignes is very fine, delicate, complex, and will certainly keep for 10 to 15 years. It is not as concentrated as I had expected, but it is, nevertheless, a very good wine. If someone like Christophe Roumier was making this wine, I think it could be even better. I have to believe that more extract, complexity, and character could be obtained if it was so desired. The 1987 is good, but it probably could have been thrilling.
