The Jermann 2017 Vintage Tunina (in a screwcap bottle) is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Picolit. The wine is luminous and bright with citrus, green apple, honeydew melon, spring flower and dried jasmine. There's a lot happening on the bouquet, and the finish is steely tight and sharp. This is a fleshy but angular white wine with pretty mineral tones that you should save for a platter of raw shellfish.

Thyme, fresh basil, dill and coriander all serve as a prelude to lemon meringue, honeysuckle and white peaches. Medium to full body, an oily but subtle texture and plenty of acidity to drive this through to a medium-long finish. Drink now. Screw cap.
