Score 85-87/100 · Drink 2023-2030, Neal Martin, Dec 2020

The 2019 Chambolle-Musigny Village has a tightly wound bouquet of mostly red fruit, though the 35% new oak is nicely integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannins, maybe not quite as well defined as the Vosne-Romanée Village, and a little blunt toward the finish. Give it a couple of years in bottle.
