Score 88/100 · Drink 2020-2038, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Feb 2020

The 2018 Gevrey-Chambertin Village exhibits note of cherries, wild berries and rose petals, framed by a deft touch of oak. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, supple and charming, with a lively and open-knit profile.

Score 87-89/100 · Drink 2020-2024, Neal Martin, Jan 2020

The 2018 Gevrey-Chambertin Village comes from seven parcels between 3 and 40 years old near the bottom of the incline. It has a potent bouquet of black cherry and raspberry coulis scents, quite glossy and showy at the moment. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a slightly grainy texture and a lightly spiced finish that just needs a little more persistence to develop.
