The 2023 Riesling is the feinherb version of the estate Riesling from the same sites, with a touch of residual sweetness. Lemon, slate and a hint of stone fruit on the nose promise juiciness. The palate delivers with mouthwatering fill on the slender, lemony palate. A little sugar doesn't necessarily add sweetness; it merely boosts all the fruit flavors. With 17 g/L, this is just off-dry.

Feinherb but Oliver Haag doesn’t put it on the label. RS 17g/l. Quite mellow with very recognisable Riesling spine. (JR)
