From two parcels on the Pernand side and Les Longuettes, around half each, the 2021 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru has an intense nose with potpourri and orange blossom mixed with lavender (it reminds me of my grandmother's bathroom, but you are probably not familiar with that.) Anyway, this is beguilingly very aromatic. The palate is fresh and vibrant with orange rind and quince, fine depth, quite "strict" for a Corton Charlemagne with a tangy, marmalade-tinged finish. Fine.

The 2021 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru exhibits aromas of honeyed orchard fruit and white flowers, followed by a full-bodied, rich and ample palate.
