Tasting notes
Light shimmering orange. Intense aromas of strawberry, nectarine, honeydew melon and orange zest, with a bright mineral overtone that builds with air. Shows impressive clarity and tension on the palate, offering juicy pit fruit and red berry flavors that are braced by a bitter suggestion of blood orange. Finishes impressively long and silky, with a strong mineral quality and a hint of lavender.

More reviews and scores
Almost more white or straw colored than rosé, the 2018 Cotes de Provence Rose Chateau de Selle is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Crushed stone accents peach, melon and lime on the nose, while the palate is light to medium-bodied, silky and long, finishing with a tactile—almost chalky—sensation. Expect it to drink well through the end of 2020.
