Tasting notes
The 2017 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru is also showing well, unfurling in the glass with aromas of cassis, dark chocolate and rich soil tones. Medium to full-bodied, it's deep and complete, with a layered mid-palate girdled by powdery tannins and lively acids. Long and sapid, this is a Charmes with a bright future.

Extremely aromatic with rose, lavender, violet and blueberry character and hints of citrus fruit. Medium-to full-bodied, this builds on the palate and continues with an excellent aftertaste of hot stones. Drink in 2022.
