2018 Coleccion

Cuvelier's 2018 Colección is a blend of 59% Malbec, 16% Merlot, 16% Syrah, 7% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon from Vista Flores, Uco Valley. The 2018 spent 12 months in French barrels. A dense purple in the glass. Each variety makes a contribution to the substantial nose. Ripe fruit, herbs and a burst of raspberry accompany the well-integrated wood. It’s high impact in the mouth with an indulgent feel, reactive tannins and a dry texture. The flavors get a little lost amid the oaky intensity.
