2019 Gimblett Gravels Chardonnay

Full-bodied, round and satisfying, the 2019 Chardonnay Gimblett Gravels is a mellow and expansive Chardonnay with white stone fruit meeting nutty characters and vanilla-custard-filled pastry. There's good concentration of exotic apricot fruit, a savory character and a lees-derived pastry note. The medium-long finish has a fine line of acidity and a lightly grippy element providing structure that cups the mouth.
