Score 91-93/100 · Drink 2018-2028, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Jun 2015

The 2013 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru les Baudes which comes from 61-year old vines, has a ripe red cherry and candied strawberry-scented bouquet with veins of blueverry and ripe Satsumas surfacing with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with tensile tannin, very well-judged acidity and more precision and energy on the finish compared to the Feusselots 2013. This is a one of the best wines from the domaine in this vintage, but grace it with 3 or 4 years in bottle before broaching.
