A 1-year finish in first-fill oloroso casks follows an initial maturation in refill bourbon barrels and refill American oak hogsheads. Signature aromas of honey, vanilla, sea salt, dried fruit, and vanilla fudge, then beautifully perfumed floral notes of lilac and lavender, spiced apple, and muscovado sugar. Citrus, vanilla fudge, ginger, and dried mango flavors are lashed with sea spray. Clementine, grapefruit, salted caramel, and singed oak on the finish.
