Score 91-93/100 · Drink 2024-2040, Neal Martin, Jan 2023

There is just 150 liters of the 2021 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru this year due to frost damage. This has commendable mineralité on the nose, well-defined and vibrant, just a hint of menthol in the background. The palate is fresh and citric on the entry, orange rind intermixed with frangipane and subtle spicy notes, fine length on the finish. Fine.
