Very spicy indeed with brambleberries, earth, vanilla, ash, tar, sous bois, cassis bush, glazed dark cherries and dried meat. Full-bodied and very dense on the palate, which is surrounded by plush, chocolate-studded dark fruit and coated with layers of earth and spices. Despite this, the tannins remain grainy and the acidity tightly wrapped up. Drink now or hold.
