The 2021 Pavé runs like a river, flowing along steadily with purpose and intensity. There's additional weight here compared with other cuvées. This wine gets sun all day and is grown on clay. There's body and richness here as well, offering a slight sweetness of fruit while retaining a touch of green. There's even structured power here with a smidge of tannin, which may be to do with the smaller berries.
