Distilled in both traditional swan neck and straight neck pot stills and matured in three types of American oak casks (bourbon, refill, and re-charred), this has aromas of grapefruit peel, vanilla, peat smoke, bitter oak, dried orange disc, heather honey, furniture polish, and hints of dark chocolate. Deeply satisfying flavors of baked orange, sultana, smooth toffee, vanilla, gingerbread, and chocolate cookies, with a mouth-coating finish of citrus peels and subtle smoke.
