Tasting notes
The 2023 La Clarte De Haut-Brion Blanc offers bright citrus, honeyed white flowers, and white figs on the nose. It's pure, focused, and medium-bodied, with gorgeous purity, a clean, layered mouthfeel, and outstanding length on the finish. This is a beautiful effort that will evolve nicely for a decade or more. Drink 2026-2037.

The 2023 La Clarté de Haut-Brion is bright and focused. Lemon peel, slate, mint, chalk and white pepper bristle with tension and energy. Airy and gracious, with lovely understated persistence, the 2023 is a total delight. This is impeccably done.
The 2023 La Clarté de Haut-Brion has a straightforward bouquet with grapefruit, lime and Golden Delicious scents. The palate is well-balanced, with orange rind on the entry. Not terribly complex, though it is fresh with a peppery finish.
Aromas of peaches, citrus, herbs and some green olives. Medium- to full-bodied, chiseled but textural, with a subtle phenolic touch that adds definition. It’s incisive and well put together. 56.3% sauvignon blanc and 43.7% semillon. Very solid, fleshy, linear and well constructed. Drink or hold.
