Clean stone fruits, spicy wood, and honeyed white flower notes, as well as a kiss of clean reduction, all define the 2023 Château Malartic-Lagravière Blanc, which is always a classy white from this estate that’s worth attention. It's medium-bodied on the palate, with rock-solid depth and density, nicely integrated acidity, and a distinct sense of minerality on the finish. It's a beautiful, layered, textured white to enjoy any time over the coming decade or more. Drink 2026-2040.

The 2023 Malartic-Lagravière Blanc sizzles with tension and energy. Lemon confit, mint, white pepper and a kiss of French oak build effortlessly in the glass. The 2023 offers exceptional quality and personality. This is an especially fine vintage.

The 2023 Malartic-Lagravière Blanc has one of the best aromatics among the white Pessac wines this year, with green apple, freshly sliced pear and subtle crushed stone aromas. The palate is well balanced with finely balanced, lovely weight and purity, with hints of rose water tincturing the lightly spiced, tropical-tinged fruit. Very nuanced, yet very delicious.

Wow. This is a really powerful white with aromas of sliced apples, pears, yellow fruit and oyster shells. It shows undertones of vanilla and pie crust. Full-bodied and layered, with excellent depth, power and intensity. Drink in three or four years.
