Tasting notes
The 2023 Château Fourcas Dupré is solid, with a rocking nose of red and black plums, smoked tobacco, violets, and chocolaty oak. Nicely textured, medium-bodied, round, and supple, with a forward, delicious style, it's going to drink nicely right out of the gate.

Round, forward, fruity, and savory, with a tobacco edge to the currants, the wine is medium-bodied, and should be easy to enjoy shortly after release.
The 2023 Fourcas Dupre is deep garnet-purple in color. It opens with notes of dried thyme, stewed strawberries, and fruitcake, plus hints of damp soil and balsamic. The medium-bodied palate is tart and chewy, with rustic notes and a hard finish.
Pretty center-palate of ripe fruit with creamy tannins and a fruity finish. Balanced and complete.
