Tasting notes
The 2017 Chardonnay Mays Canyon is pretty, soft and nuanced. Lemon confit, white flowers, mint and spice all meld together in a very pretty, gracious Chardonnay endowed with pure class. Even in this warm year, the Mays Canyon retains good brightness while staying light on its feet. (AG)

This has a fresh, pear and lemon nose with such enticingly fresh and vibrant white peaches and notes of lemon and pear pastry. The palate has a very resolved, complete and layered feel with smooth flavors of pear and apple pastry. Superb balance. Drink now.
The 2017 Chardonnay Mays Canyon, mostly from unirrigated vines, has an open nose of warm hay, chamomile, candied lemon peel, honey toast, almond and baker’s yeast with rocky notes. Light to medium-bodied, it offers pure fruits and savory notions with juicy acidity and a long, honey-nut finish.
