AP number 06 22. Very pale gold. Smells golden, too, but not sweet. A finely sour and lightly spicy grapefruit freshness. Just starting to show some bottle-aged complexity. Mouth-wateringly sour-fresh and dry finish with grapefruit-pith freshness and texture on the aftertaste. (JH)

AP number 06 22. Honeyed nose. Then a slightly severe palate that doesn’t seem to deliver as much fruit as the nose suggested. Dries out the palate. (JR)

Smoky, stony, spicy. Aromatic layers of ripe stone fruit and jasmine tea. Refined, juicy core coiled with white pepper. Chiffon-like layers tapering into a long, unceasing saline finish. Cool, calm and collected. (PS)
