2012 Puligny Montrachet Les Referts

The 2012 Puligny Montrachet les Referts 1er Cru has a sense of space on the nose, beautifully defined with freshly sliced lime, pear, wet limestone and flint. The palate is crisp and taut with a lovely acidic line, gradually building toward a very intense, spicy finish that lingers long in the mouth. This is a superb les Referts from Jacques Carillon and will surely age with style.
