Here’s a daring aligoté that’s been vinified in small oak cooperage. It has excellent integration of vanilla oak and cool citrus fruit on the barely medium-bodied palate. Lovely silky texture in spite of the crisp, lemony acidity. I love the positively austere, chalky finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Unfiltered. Drink or hold.
