Pierre Millemann is looking to avoid the fatter side of white Burgundy, hence his choice of Sous le Puits, the 1er Cru at the highest altitude in Puligny. Full primrose colour with a reductive nose, quite powerful but with a leaner side to it. A little biscuit, excellent mineral grip, fresh apples. There is plenty of stuffing to this. 13.55% alcohol.
