Ditto, a bit inky but with smoother tannins than Au Vallon and possibly GV ? (JR)

The 2017 Bourgognes Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge Fontaine St Martin, which was introduced in 2012, has a fragrant, rose-petal-tinged bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chewy tannin, moderate depth and more black than red fruit toward the chalky-textured finish. This is the best of Gros’s Hautes-Côtes.
