Score 93-95/100 · Drink 2025-2045, Neal Martin, Jan 2023

There is just one-quarter of a barrel of the 2021 Musigny Grand Cru, around 80-90 bottles. Fragrant on the nose, it offers brambly red fruit, briary, crushed stone and rose petal, though it does not have the intensity of the 2019 or 2020. The palate is medium-bodied with a pastille-like entry, fine structure, some wood that will be subsumed (natural in such a small vessel) with a long finish. Very sensual, even though it barely exists!
