1996 Nuits St Georges Clos de l'Arlot

This wine is ruby/purple-colored and has blueberries, blackberries, and mocha in its nose. This silky-textured, medium-bodied, refined, juicy, and rich wine has licorice, black cherries, and stones in its flavor profile. It is well-concentrated and harmonious, and does not suffer dry tannins. Its long and drawn-out finish exhibits densely ripe fruits and supple tannins. Drink it between 2000 and 2006.
