Henri Boillot’s Bourgogne Blanc is made with mainly declassified fruit from the villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Romain and Auxey-Duresses. Combine that with this domaine’s skill and you get a superlative wine (especially for the price).

Henri Boillot, based in Meursault, makes some of the Côte de Beaune’s finest wines. The domaine has a long history, stretching back to 1885, when Henri Boillot’s grandfather founded the estate.
