Here too there is just enough wood influence to point out on the restrained mix of red and dark pinot fruit and warm earth scents. There is both good volume and mid-palate density to the relatively powerful medium-bodied flavors that conclude in a very firm and slightly raspy finish that imparts a subtle rusticity.
