2022 Pinot Noir Tradition

Based on 100% Swiss clones, the juice of the transparent, crimson-colored 2022 Pinot Noir Tradition comes from completely destemmed berries. The wine opens with a beautifully clear and elegant, fragrant bouquet of red cherries and partly dark berries. Silky textured and fresh on the palate, with good balance, this is a stimulating tart and spicy Pinot with fine tannins and a clear and fruity, savory as well as saline finish. It's highly stimulating, like a little Geverey. The wine is served by Swiss Air for its first-class passengers. Tasted at the domaine in March 2024.
