The 2015 CV (Curriculum Vitae) is a field blend from very old vines (85+ years), aged for 22 months in 85% new French barriques. When last seen, this was a tank sample. It comes in at 15.3% alcohol. When you talk about that big and bold Douro fruit, this is almost a perfect prototype. Letting it all hang out, this shows that rich fruit that seems to have multiple layers and is simply delicious.
