The 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Masures has a fragrant and poised bouquet, quite mineral-driven, poised with lightly pressed, yellow flower scents. The palate is well balanced with a certain volume in the mouth; touches of orange rind and pear appear towards the lovely finish. Bon vin!

Pillot's 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Mazures is excellent, unwinding in the glass with notes of lemon zest, tangerine, white flowers and youthful reduction. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and racy, with tangy acids and a chiseled, tensile profile, it concludes with a long, penetrating finish.
