Aromas of pear, white flowers and beeswax introduce the 2018 Chassagne-Montrachet Village, a medium to full-bodied, succulent and open-knit wine that's lively and expressive, concluding with a saline finish.

The 2018 Chassagne-Montrachet Village comes from two parcels next to the Puligny border. Vinified in 600-liter barrels, it has a well defined, pretty bouquet of Granny Smith apples, lime and touches of petrichor. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, good weight on the midpalate and satisfying salinity on the finish. Recommended.
