Selection of the best plots of the domaine and late bottled but cheaper than a premier cru. 15–20% in oak of varying sizes. Tank/cask sample. Concentrated nose and masses of convincing acidity. Should age very well. (JR)

The 2021 Chablis Tête d'Or has a tightly-wound nose with touches of pressed flower and light fern/damp loamy scents percolating through with time. The palate is fresh on the entry with sour lemon and orange rind, quite strict and linear with a brisk, malic finish. Fine.
