Blackberries, mulberries, sandalwood, and candied violet notes all emerge from the 2021 Côte Rôtie, another medium-bodied, juicy, lively Côte Rôtie in the vintage. It has good depth and richness as well as length on the finish.

Tasted blind. Cherry cola, kirsch and pepper. There is good zippy freshness on the palate with fine, taut tannins, red fruits, violets and apricot on the tight, sweet finish. Attractive. (AC)
