Tasting notes
Ripe melon, honeyed citrus, and some minty, floral notes all emerge from the 2021 Château Bouscaut Blanc, a medium-bodied, juicy, clean, balanced white from this château that has plenty to love.

The 2021 Bouscaut Blanc has a well-defined nose with cooking apple, pear and light tertiary scents. Maybe this just needs a little more vigor. The palate is well-balanced with a citric entry, tightly wound and missing a little length, yet it is fresh and taut. Fine.
Aromas of peach, white fruits, and citron oil preface the 2021 Blanc, a moderately weighted, juicy and fresh wine that concludes with delicate bitterness.
