Tasting notes
Subtle, complex becoming very expressive with time in the glass. Red raspberries, ripe red current and very subtle hint of tropical characters, mango, guava. Oyster water. Rich, concentrated but incredibly fresh and delicate. Mineral and saline on entry and carries through all the way to finish. A wine with density and layered, silky texture, generous and mouthcoating. Full bodied and exotic, one of the most profound wines ever made at this remarkable estate. A spectacular wine in a brilliant Champagne vintage

Aromas of orange peel, crab apple, rose petal, red apples, copper and bronze before then turning to soil. Hibiscus stem. Medium-bodied with ultra-fine tannins with such a fine silky texture. Extremely vinous too, like a top Grand Cru Burgundy. 990 bottles. Drink or hold.
