The 2015 Trianon is absolutely delicious. Silky, perfumed and impeccably balanced, it has much to offer. Sweet red cherry, tobacco, cedar and herb notes add lift and perfume with noticeable Cabernet overtones. This is very nicely done. The blend is 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Carménère.
Savoury, scented, appetising nose. Very sweet on the finish but overall a well-balanced rendition. Quite powerful. (JR)
The 2015 Trianon offers lovely depth and creaminess. Bittersweet chocolate, mocha, blackberry and dark spices meld together in a deep, unctuous wine with good overall persistence and depth. The 2015 is ripe and dense, yet all the elements are nicely balanced throughout. Hubert de Boüard consults.
