Rich start with chestnut notes. Very dry on the end. Extremely youthful – especially compared with most 2014 reds. (JR)

(like the Perrière, this also recently finished its malo): Healthy ruby-red. Extremely primary aromas of black raspberry, game, mocha and espresso. Dense and sweet on the palate, boasting a velvety texture but also excellent lift to its fruit and mocha flavors. Finishes with ripe, building tannins. This will make a very sexy bottle.
